What is your cancellation or refund policy?
All sales are final, unless event is cancelled. No refunds, transfers or exchanges. Ticket resales are not permitted.
Is there an age requirement for entry?
Unless otherwise specified, you must be at least 21 years of age to enter. You will need to show valid photo identification to enter our club.
Accepted forms of identification include:
-State issued Driver’s License
-State issued ID
-Santa Ana Pueblo Tribal ID
-Passport
-Military ID
-U.S. Permanent Resident Card
Do you allow cameras inside the venue?
Photography, filming, videotaping or other forms of recording without consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Guests who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately. Certain artists may also prohibit cell phones from being allowed into the show. Please check the details of your show at purchase.
Does the venue or performer use cameras during the event?
Upon entry to our venue, you hereby irrevocably grant the venue and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively, “Owner”) the right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your image, voice and likeness (collectively, “Footage”) and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising, and promotion, subject to Owner’s sole discretion.

What form of payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through our box office and in our showroom, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In Quezada's Cantina you can pay with cash, credit card or player rewards. The showroom is a cashless venue and only accepts credit cards. If you only have cash available, it can be exchanged for a Visa gift card with the Cantina bartenders. Please seen a team member for details.
Is there a two-item minimum or food & beverage purchase requirements?
No. While food and beverages are available for purchase in the showroom, you are not required to purchase any. Please click here to view our showroom and cantina menus. Please note that outside food and beverage is prohibited.
What happens if I show up late?
Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 15 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 15 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. No exceptions, no refunds.
Is parking available?
The most convenient parking structure is located on the north entrance of Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted while inside Quezada’s. A Smoking Patio is located outside of the venue, accessible through the Comedy Club. You must present a ticket to access the Comedy Club and Smoking Patio. Smoking, vaping, ingesting, or otherwise consuming marijuana is prohibited in all areas of Quezada’s and Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel, including designated smoking areas.
What is your bag policy?
No oversized bags or backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. The venue has the right to refuse entry and to restrict any items at any time without prior notice.
