Rory Scovel is a comedian, actor, and writer from Greenville, South Carolina. He began performing comedy in 2003 before honing his craft in Washington, D.C., New York City, and eventually Los Angeles. Named one of Variety’s “10 Comics to Watch,” he’s released several acclaimed specials, including Rory Scovel Tries Stand-Up for the First Time on Netflix and his most recent, Religion, Sex, and a Few Things in Between. On screen, Scovel has starred in series like Ground Floor, Those Who Can’t, Physical, and the Comedy Central show Robbie, which he also co-created, as well as films such as I Feel Pretty. He’s written for The Eric Andre Show, co-hosts The Pen Pals Podcast, and continues to tour, bringing his unpredictable and inventive comedy to audiences worldwide.
